This walk-around tasting highlights Burgundy’s hidden gems. A dozen of some of Chicago’s top sommeliers will select their favorite picks from off-the-beaten-path vineyards, lesser-known appellations, and rising-star winemakers. A handful of Chicago’s hottest restaurants will offer small plates to pair with the wines.
