Join us on Sunday, August 25th at 6:00 PM for an intimate dinner with Richard Seale, Master Distiller of Foursquare Rum Distillery on the tiny Caribbean island of Barbados.

Foursquare Rum Distillery is located on a former sugar plantation (that dates back to approximately 1720), which was converted into a distillery by the Seale family in 1996. The Seale family can trace its roots in Barbados back to the 1650s, and can reference five generations of rum-making expertise (dating back to 1820). Currently, distilling operations and blending are directed by Richard Seale, 5th Generation Trader/Distiller of R.L. Seale & Co.

The Exceptional Cask Selections represent the unique, and rare offerings of Foursquare Rum Distillery that Richard has hand selected – his personal projects only released when he feels they are of exceptional quality. These are one of a kind expressions, available only for a limited time, and showcasing truly unique approaches to both Rum blending and maturation.

Foursquare Rum Distillery has garnered numerous awards (including being named the International Spirits Challenge Rum Producer of the Year in 2016, 2017, 2018) and critical recognition (often being called the "Pappy Van Winkle of Rum").

Dinner will include a multi-course family style tasting menu curated by Chef Stephanie Izard.

The lineup of beverage pairings will include a welcome cocktail, Probitas Rum, Foursquare 2005, 2007, Premise, and Empery.

This is a highly intimate dinner and tickets will go fast!
