Fall is upon us, and there’s no better time of year than now to get our fill of apples in — right down to what’s happening in our drinks.

St. George Spirits Cocktail of the Week "Something Good"

Something Good

1 ½ ounces St. George California Citrus Vodka

½ ounce Los Nahuales Joven Mezcal

¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

¾ ounce simple syrup

Handful of blueberries

Lemon peel, for garnish

 

*Muddle the blueberries and shake all the ingredients well with ice.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon peel.
